My mother, M. Allene Bury Sivils, took piano lessons in this house when she was a child. I don't remember the name of her teacher. I have often driven by the house and wondered what it was like on the inside, especially back when Mother was going there for her lessons. Mother was born in 1910 and passsed away in 1995. She is buried in Greenlawn Cemetery in Rich Hill.

My mother in law purchased it in hopes of fixing it up. Unfortunately she passed away before her dream could come true. We inherted this house. It is amazing but needs A LOT of work to get it back into shape. We do not have the time or money so are looking to sell it.

Looking at this house to possibly purchase. Is the town fairly safe and friendly? I love beautiful old homes, and wouldn’t rip apart as many do. Do you know if the roof leaks, and what updates have been done?

I have to investigate the area a little more. Willing to make an offer in cash. Is there a hole in the siding of the house?

I don’t think That’s how it works. You can’t just hand money over to the realtor.
